Getting started
Which networks can I connect?
X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube are built and being tested with real accounts. Facebook Pages and Threads are planned.
Why can't I connect Instagram yet?
Dripost has not yet passed Meta's app review, so until it does only accounts we add as testers can connect. Instagram also needs a professional (Business or Creator) account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Posting
Why was my post blocked before I could schedule it?
The composer applies the same rules the publisher applies, such as X's character limit, Instagram needing an image, or a YouTube upload needing a title. The message says which rule and how to fix it.
Why can't I attach an image to an X or LinkedIn post?
Dripost sends only text to X and LinkedIn for now. It tells you rather than leave the image off silently.
My post failed. What now?
Open it from the calendar. It shows the reason for each network. Fix the cause, then retry, and only the networks that refused it are tried again.
It says a post 'needs checking'. What does that mean?
We sent it but never heard back, so we cannot tell if it posted. Look at the network. Tell us it is there, or that it is not and we should send it again. We never guess, so nothing is posted twice.
Your account and data
I forgot my password.
Password reset by email is not switched on yet. Email us from the address on your account and we will reset it for you. See the contact page.
How do I cancel?
From Billing. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account or get my data?
Go to Settings, then Delete my account. It removes your account, posts, files and every connected network at once. Settings also has a button to download a copy of your data first. See the privacy policy.
Is my connected account safe?
Tokens are encrypted before storage and never sent back to your browser. The security page lists what is in place and what is not.
