Every draft, scheduled, queued and published post sits on the calendar. Open a day to see what is going out, move what has not gone out yet, and get a heads-up before two posts land on top of each other.

What the calendar does today
Month and week views
Switch between the two and step forward or back.
Drag to reschedule
Move a draft, scheduled or queued post to another day. A post that has already gone out cannot be moved.
A warning for crowded slots
If another post is within five minutes of the slot you drop on, you are told before anything changes.
Failed posts stay visible
A failed post shows in red with the reason for each network, so there is always somewhere to fix it from.
Retry what was refused
When a network refused a post, retry only the networks that failed. Ones that already published are left alone.
Uncertain results are yours to settle
If we sent a post but never heard back, we do not guess. We ask you to look at the network and tell us, so nothing is posted twice.
What it does not do yet
- Times show in India Standard Time. Per-workspace time zones are planned.
- Recurring slots on the calendar itself. The queue has recurring slots today; the calendar view does not draw them.
Questions
Can a post be published twice?
Each post is sent to each network at most once. If a request times out and we cannot tell whether it landed, the post is marked as needing your check instead of being sent again.
What happens if a network refuses a post?
It is marked failed with the network's reason. Fix the cause, then retry from the post's detail panel.
