Refund policy

How cancelling works, and when we give your money back.

The short version

A plain summary. The sections below are the agreement itself.

  • Cancel any time in Billing. You keep what you paid for until the period ends.
  • Charged for a first subscription and it is not what you wanted? Ask within 7 days and we refund it.
  • Charged in error, or our fault stopped you using what you paid for? We put it right, including a refund.
  • Moving up refunds or credits the unused days; moving down starts at the next period.
  • Refunds go back the way they came, and can take a few working days to show in your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Because a renewal runs on an e-mandate with your bank or card issuer, you can also cancel the mandate there. Cancelling in Billing is enough on its own; cancelling at the bank as well does no harm.

Refunds

If you are charged for a first subscription and it is not what you wanted, ask within 7 days of that first payment and we will refund it.

If you were charged in error, or a fault on our side stopped you using the service you paid for, contact us and we will put it right, including with a refund.

We do not refund renewals you forgot to cancel, or partial periods after a cancellation, except where the law requires it.

Changing your plan

Moving up: you pay the new plan's price from the day you switch, and we refund or credit the unused days of your current plan.

Moving down: it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Ask from Billing, under Change plan. We make the change within one working day and email you when it is done.

How to ask

Email rajesh411232@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.
