How to trust the answer
You need enough posts
With fewer than about 20 posts, an 'average' is mostly luck. The tool tells you when your sample is small.
Compare like with like
Use the same measure for every row, such as views after 48 hours, so an old post is not compared with a new one.
Times are as you wrote them
The tool applies no time zone. Use the time zone your audience lives in, and use it for every row.
Questions
Why not just tell me a time?
Because we would have to make one up. Any single 'best time' for everyone is a guess presented as a fact.
Where do I get the numbers?
From each network's own analytics: the date and time you posted, and views, likes or another number you care about.
